May 31 & June 1, 2019
Kandango returns to central Kansas for two days of bicycle touring in the scenic Smoky Hills. They feature
classic road rides (the K2r) and
gravel rides (Unpaved). and the all new Kandango E2r.
All three rides take the roads less traveled and come together during the ride for food, fun and entertainment in the meeting towns, hosted by the local communities.
New for 2019. The inaugural Kandango E2r. This may be
the first e-bike tour in the country. Join your e-biker brothers and sisters to join in the fun and tour the backroads.
The sun rises and sets at the Sandstone Saloon. Starting with a 6 AM chuck wagon breakfast at the Sandstone on Friday and Saturday. All rides begin and end in Brookville. After the ride, there will be bands, food and beer until 10. Showers and overnight bike storage are available at the high school. And the campers have a shady campground across the street. Show up early and stay late! The Sandstone is our favorite stop on any trail.
