Add'l Parking

you have a hard time finding a space at Celebration Park, you can park at Pioneer Ridge Middle School, 16200 Kill Creek Road, Gardner, KS…/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xe5a4…,-94.9666037,1529m/data=!3m1!1e3

and ride your bike over to Celebration Park. The school is about a half-mile south (or so) of the park, on Kill Creek. (Google for direx or see the map link above) We're at the bigshelter with the small lake behind it. Look for the people on bikes! ;)

If you want a color map, you'll need to print it off the map links on our web page (below); note there are 2 maps there, pick the one for the course you're doing.

In Loving Memory of Mike Darby: Darby's Hope Hill

Our dear friend Mike Darby was a force of nature.
Among many other achievements he started the Tour de Hope
which benefits the Hope Center, a charity providing health care,
educational and leadership opportunities to KC's East side.

In honor of our friend and the ride he started, the CKC Board
named one tough mother of a Lone Star hill after him!

Our Century riders will receive something special for
completing Darby's Hope Hill, the last major hill on the 104 route.

Crack open a couple cans of pain on the way up —
then listen closely for Darby's mischievous laugh on the way down!

Please help support and continue the great work of the Hope Center and
our friends at Tour de Hope. We ride in friendship. We ride in health.
We ride to give back. And we ride to remember our brother, Mike Darby.

Donate for a difference at

We need volunteers to make this fun real.

Hit the Volunteer link on the Registration landing page to volunteer and get a CKC credit that you can use for another ride or event.

To help ensure your ride is smooth, we'll have safety and sag vehicles patrolling the routes plus the CKC Ride Marshal crew. Bring a few bucks or a credit card afterward and work the kinks out with a post-ride mini-massage provided by our friends at Past Tense Massage Therapy.
