For those of you not on facebook, here is the scoop.
Next Tuesday, 11/25/14 at Elite Cycling we will be having a Team get together and group spin session. Please plan to arrive at or before 6:30pm, with the plan to start riding by 7:00pm. We will ride for an hour, following class instruction from me as I do a dry-run before launching the Elite Cycling Winter Spin on December 2.
Bring your bikes and trainers or rollers, a towel and water bottle. You can change at the shop if you are coming from work. I will design the workout to be a bit of a contest, so come prepared to work hard, if you choose to compete. If not, you'll still get a solid hour on the bike with some people you may not know. What better way to get to know people, than when you're sweating with them.
